Field Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for field, operational, and skilled trade roles across the Quebec region
• Act as a strategic talent advisor to operational leadership, providing insights on market trends and compensation
• Execute creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates in the industrial and blue-collar sectors
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to ensure consistent workforce coverage
• Manage candidate data integrity within the Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Champion the employer brand to deliver an engaging candidate experience

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional recruitment experience
• Proven track record in high-volume, blue-collar, or industrial/skilled trades hiring
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required
• Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing tools
• Exceptional relationship-building and consultative skills
