Field Systems Integration Technician

Responsibilities

• Service systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful installations
• Provide customer training and handle on-site assessments for service needs
• Promote business opportunities for service contracts and maintain product knowledge
• Keep a clean, safe work environment and manage job documentation efficiently
• Maintain inventory on truck and manage parts knowledge

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in video surveillance and camera systems preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record required
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service
