Requirements

  • TSU, Engineering, or related degree in Systems, Informatics, or IT
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT incident and request handling
  • Experience in field technical support or help desk
  • Availability to travel to different service sites as required
  • Spanish language proficiency
