Responsibilities
- Attend assigned technical incidents and requests on-site
- Present punctually to scheduled services
- Follow defined operational procedures and instructions for each service
- Resolve incidents in a timely manner to ensure service continuity
- Provide professional attention to end users during interventions
- Correctly document completed services and send corresponding reports
- Maintain constant feedback with the central coordination team
- Comply with established quality standards for service operation
Requirements
- TSU, Engineering, or related degree in Systems, Informatics, or IT
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT incident and request handling
- Experience in field technical support or help desk
- Availability to travel to different service sites as required
- Spanish language proficiency
