About the role
Responsibilities
- Attend assigned on-site technical incidents and requests
- Present punctually to scheduled services
- Follow defined operational procedures and instructions for each service
- Resolve incidents efficiently to ensure service continuity
- Provide professional attention to end-users during interventions
- Correctly document completed services and submit corresponding reports
- Maintain constant feedback with the central coordination team
- Comply with established quality standards for service operations
Requirements
