Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computer equipment, printers, and communication devices
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Configure and repair equipment
- Execute field service tickets
Requirements
- Technical degree, TSU, or Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in field technical support
- Knowledge of antivirus software, backup tools, and Active Directory
- Basic infrastructure knowledge
- Ability to issue invoices (facturación)
- Possession of a car is desirable
- Excellent user service attitude
