Field Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipping requests
• Log and track deliveries using chain-of-custody systems
• Assist with supply ordering, stocking, and light facilities tasks
• Monitor and support copy/print equipment
• Assist with office moves, workspace transitions, and conference room setup
• Provide front desk, concierge, and phone coverage
• Deliver high-level customer service to employees and visitors

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of MS Office and office technology
• Understanding of shipping and receiving procedures
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. frequently
• Ability to move packages via wheeled cart (up to 60 lbs. capacity)
• Flexible schedule with ability to travel between client sites

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ months of prior work experience
• Experience in mailroom, office services, reception, or facilities support
• Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes and office equipment
