Field Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service to all employees and visitors
• Answer calls and manage incoming/outgoing visitor experiences
• Assist with light facilities duties, including supply stocking and troubleshooting tickets
• Receive, sort, and distribute inbound and outbound mail and packages
• Manage shipping and receiving transactions and documentation
• Assist with office moves and conference room setups
• Monitor and assist with copy/print equipment functionality
• Proactively seek additional work during downtime

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and hours
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, or kneel for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ months of prior work experience
• Working knowledge of MFD equipment
