Field Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of support for mobile clinicians and phlebotomists via Slack, phone, and Zendesk
• Troubleshoot real-time operational issues including technical difficulties, supply shortages, and logistical challenges
• Communicate clearly and empathetically to build trust with field staff
• Escalate critical issues to Market Operations or Clinical Managers as needed
• Track and document field challenges to identify patterns and drive process improvements
• Support ad-hoc operational projects and assist with process documentation

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in operations support, customer service, or healthcare administration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace, and ticketing systems like Zendesk
• Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings or weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a healthcare or high-growth startup environment
• Background in support centers, dispatch, or field operations
• Experience supporting fast-moving projects, including task coordination and process documentation
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities independently
