Field Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot OT systems and technical equipment in industrial environments
• Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance to ensure production continuity
• Manage incidents and errors within the production line
• Communicate effectively with users and various technical teams
• Administer OT equipment using ServiceNow
• Contribute to system upgrade and improvement initiatives
• Act as a key contact point between different technical environments, both internally and at the customer site

Requirements

• Experience working in industrial or production environments
• Strong technical understanding of networks and operating systems
• Hands-on experience with OT systems such as PLC, SCADA, or MES
• Proven skills in both software and hardware troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Service Management processes
• Fluency in Norwegian
