Field Supervisor/Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service huddles and team meetings
• Coach and develop technicians through field ride-alongs and one-on-one meetings
• Manage department KPIs including revenue per technician, close rates, and customer satisfaction
• Oversee daily operational management, technician scheduling, and dispatch efficiency
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new service talent
• Handle high-level customer escalations and resolve service issues
• Audit job quality and implement corrective actions for operational inefficiencies

Requirements

• 5+ years of service industry experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Proven track record of managing technicians and driving revenue growth
• Strong understanding of service KPIs and operational discipline
• Ability to conduct field coaching and ride-alongs
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to pass background, drug, and motor vehicle record checks

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan
• Experience in residential service industries
