Field Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution
• Serve as the primary on-site decision-maker and customer representative
• Conduct JSEA activities and enforce safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Plan, coordinate, and execute field operations while resolving operational challenges
• Drive continuous improvement in field procedures and operational performance
• Support 24/7 operational readiness, including rotational call-outs and equipment maintenance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing field personnel
• Minimum 5 years of oil and gas industry experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with produced water and flowback operations
• Knowledge of 14C regulations, Safe Charts, and Gulf of Mexico (GOM) operating standards
• Experience with Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) systems and water filtration/oil & gas separation processes
