Field Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead field work activities to ensure operational standards and data quality.
• Manage a team of approximately 20 auditors, including performance evaluations, coaching, and professional development.
• Provide daily operational and administrative support to the field team.
• Review, adjust, and approve auditor work plans and implement necessary reassignments.
• Monitor internal operational indicators and execute action plans to achieve objectives.
• Conduct in-person supervision and verification of the operational panel/auditors.
• Ensure compliance with field methodology and guarantee the quality of collected information.
• Manage the recruitment and maintenance of stores within the operational panel.
• Oversee auditor training and manage field resources, including expenses and supplies.

Requirements

• Intermediate or Higher university degree.
• Must reside in Mexicali, Baja California.
• 3+ years of experience supervising field teams.
• Basic to Intermediate English proficiency.
• Availability to travel nationwide.
• Valid driver's license and possession of a personal vehicle.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proven experience in personnel management and leadership.
