About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead integrated project execution covering Civil, MEP, architecture, utilities, and process interfaces
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, planning, procurement, construction, and commissioning
- Manage and supervise General Contractors (GCs), EPCists, and subcontractors
- Implement project governance, including reporting routines, risk management, and decision-making
- Manage scope changes (change orders) and analyze impacts on cost and schedule
- Monitor performance indicators such as schedule, cost, productivity, quality, and safety
- Prepare executive reports for clients and senior management
Requirements
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering
- Proven experience in managing complex or large-scale projects
- Experience in complex environments such as food & beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, or advanced industrial sectors
- Solid knowledge of planning, cost control, and risk management
- Proficiency with MS Project
- English language skills (desirable)
