Field Supervisor-Hand Grader

Responsibilities

• Identify and collect building component data on systems installed at District sites
• Use various computer formats including tablets, laptops, and smartphones to enter data
• Utilize construction knowledge to identify building systems hidden behind walls, ceilings, and floors
• Assess the overall condition and remaining service life of building system components
• Work collaboratively with trade surveyors to gather quantities, measurements, and boilerplate information
• Conduct and support ad hoc surveys related to District sites and buildings as needed
• Supervise the performance of staff and survey participants and serve as a resource to the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, or 10 years of relevant experience
• 6+ years of professional construction management experience working with on-site teams
• Experience working with campus administrators, faculty, and staff

• Salary range of $99,000 - $104,000
