Field Supervisor Construction

Responsibilities

• Prepare business plans and schedule jobs in consultation with the team to ensure monthly completion targets are met
• Monitor construction progress through regular site visits and review meetings
• Handle construction completions, interact with clients, and manage the collection of fixed payments
• Ensure 100% adherence to safety and quality standards through field audits and jobsite inspections
• Coordinate material deliveries from the factory and forecast labor resources to maintain efficiency
• Develop site safety and logistics plans while conducting field education training
• Collaborate with sales staff to meet customer requirements and develop contingencies for project estimates

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in an Engineering discipline
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Strong time management and goal-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within the elevator industry
