Field Supervisor - Construction

Responsibilities

• Manage the installation of new elevators and modernization projects for commercial and residential sites
• Ensure a safe working environment for all installation workmen by adhering to safety, ethics, and quality guidelines
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including pre-bid meetings, site readiness, quality inspections, and final handover
• Manage a team of commissioning engineers and field partner teams
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, architects, owners, and government inspectors
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as factory, finance, and field engineering to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 5 to 6 years of relevant work experience
• Prior experience working within the elevator industry
• Proven team handling and leadership skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective customer interaction
• Proactive mindset and ability to work as a self-starter
