Field Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of janitorial staff ensuring adherence to company policies
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address concerns
• Train new employees on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation
• Schedule and coordinate cleaning assignments to meet client deadlines
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Communicate with clients to understand needs and address service issues
• Implement and enforce safety protocols
• Provide coverage for relief shifts and perform janitorial duties when needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in janitorial or facilities management
• 2 years of supervising experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to travel between multiple buildings in Vancouver, Richmond, Coquitlam, North Vancouver, and White Rock
