Field Supervisor - Building Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide temporary coverage for Building Managers across multiple residential properties
• Oversee daily operations and maintain resident relations
• Conduct regular building inspections for maintenance, safety, and housekeeping
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, trades, and service providers
• Respond to resident inquiries, complaints, and service requests
• Assist with package handling, key management, and resident move-ins/outs
• Monitor building security and respond to emergencies
• Ensure common areas and mechanical rooms remain clean and well-maintained

Requirements

• Ability to cover last-minute assignments on short notice
• 2–3 years of experience as a Building Manager preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile applications
• Willingness to travel between multiple buildings throughout the Lower Mainland

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall repairs
• Knowledge of mechanical rooms and building systems
• Experience managing building amenities like pools, saunas, and hot tubs
• Valid Class 5 driver's licence and reliable vehicle
