Field Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site execution of electromechanical installations, utilities, and automated systems
• Ensure work follows technical drawings, DC-3 protocols, and safety standards
• Supervise electromechanical installations (HVAC, utilities, automation) according to P&ID, DTI, and as-built drawings
• Guarantee compliance with DC-3 (height, electrical, confined spaces, LOTO) and STS-029-01 permits
• Validate contractor work to meet quality and safety standards
• Maintain daily logs, photographic evidence, and progress reports
• Support punch list closures and pre-commissioning tests

Requirements

• Electromechanical Engineering degree, Technician degree, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in industrial construction or supervision
• Valid DC-3 certifications (minimum 3 areas: height, electrical, LOTO)
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic AutoCAD
• Intermediate English level (desirable)
