Field Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead residential repair and remodeling projects in the field (75% of time)
• Maintain 30 hours of billable time per week
• Run weekly craftsman check-ins and monthly team meetings (25% of time)
• Spearhead onboarding and technical training for new team members
• Collaborate with customers, subcontractors, and office staff to ensure project success
• Monitor field performance and recommend craftsman advancements

Requirements

• Proven history of project leadership in residential repair and remodeling
• Master-level knowledge of trade construction techniques, materials, and safety
• Possession of a comprehensive, professional collection of trade tools
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to master company operating procedures and software systems
