Field Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead residential repair and remodeling projects in the field, maintaining approximately 30 hours of billable time per week.
• Solve on-site technical challenges and ensure elite work quality across all projects.
• Dedicate time to operational leadership, including running weekly craftsman check-ins and planning monthly team meetings.
• Mentor team members and spearhead onboarding and technical training for new craftsmen.
• Collaborate proactively with customers, subcontractors, office staff, and management to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor field performance and provide recommendations for internal craftsman advancements.

Requirements

• Proven history of successful project leadership in residential repair and remodeling.
• Master-level knowledge of trade construction techniques, materials, and safety practices.
• Possession of a comprehensive, professional collection of trade tools.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• High adaptability and a commitment to mastering company operating procedures and software systems.
