Field Store Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person by determining needs and presenting appropriate products
• Build productive relationships and trust with wholesale and retail customers
• Maintain Pro customer color files and tint/mix products to specifications
• Maintain adequate store appearance, inventory, and color wall standards
• Promote Sherwin-Williams and Valspar brand standards to associates and customers
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
• Train Lowe's associates on product knowledge and application methods

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally
• Willingness to work scheduled hours including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• One year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
• Previous experience selling paint or operating tinting/mixing equipment
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's license
• Ability to communicate in Spanish
