Field Store Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by engaging customers in the Paint and Pro departments at Lowe's
• Provide exceptional customer service by determining needs and presenting appropriate products
• Build and maintain productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Manage merchandising, including maintaining the color wall, back stock, and store appearance
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Train Lowe's associates on product knowledge and application methods
• Generate sales leads and promote Sherwin-Williams and Valspar brand standards

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally
• Willingness to work scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• One or more years of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service
• Previous experience selling paint or paint-related products
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's license
• Ability to communicate in Spanish
