Field Specialist Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute high-complexity corrective and preventive maintenance plans for telecommunications, RF, towers, and structured cabling infrastructure.
• Perform site optimization through detailed RF report analysis and technical adjustments to ensure maximum coverage and signal quality.
• Conduct advanced installation and configuration of radios, including the replacement of parts and components according to engineering specifications.
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting of site infrastructure and RF equipment to identify root causes and implement permanent solutions.
• Act as the primary interface and support for the NOC to diagnose and escalate critical tickets.
• Manage the ticket lifecycle by preparing detailed troubleshooting and closing reports to ensure high-quality technical documentation.
• Maintain availability for travel up to 75% of the time from the Santos/SP base.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in technical support and implementation of RF and Telecommunications infrastructure.
• Technical degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Electronics.
• Active CFT registration.
• Valid CNH Category B driver's license.
• Current NR10 and NR35 (Work at Height) certifications.
• Proficiency in telecommunications infrastructure, RF, towers, radio links, and structured cabling.
• Basic configuration knowledge of server operating systems (Unix, Linux, and Windows Server).
• Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP), IP addressing, and network device configuration.

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNA certification is desirable.
