Field Specialist/Surgical Tech Educator

Responsibilities

• Educate and inform end-users on the safe and effective use of medical products across multiple portfolios
• Provide professional clinical support to physicians, nurses, and other providers in hospital and operating room environments
• Collaborate with client field sales organizations to build clinical credibility and peer rapport
• Deliver formal clinical education and in-servicing to both large and small groups
• Provide analytics and deploy resources to non-clinical stakeholders
• Manage territory and time effectively to uncover new opportunities and maintain customer relationships

Requirements

• 4-year bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years of clinical experience in Medical Sales or Surgical Tech
• Strong group presentation and clinical education skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and analytical tasks
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel approximately 50%
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Operating Room Surgical Technologist certification
• 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience
• Experience in surgical leadership or management
