Field Specialist

Responsibilities

• Contact sales representatives to arrange shadowing days in the field
• Observe interactions between sales representatives and customers without disruption
• Conduct 60-minute interviews during field days
• Submit structured reports and workbooks within 24 hours of field visits
• Attend online briefing sessions to understand project objectives
• Participate in project debrief calls and provide feedback for final recommendations

Requirements

• 7-10 years of sales, marketing, or market research experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industries
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, science, or data focus preferred
• Availability for freelance, part-time, and project-based work
• Ability to work 1-5 days during the week when on a project
• Flexibility to work from morning to evening
• Ability to travel domestically (approximately 50% travel required)
• Proficiency in Excel and strong typing skills
• Strong attention to detail and listening skills
