Field Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage collaborative sourcing needs for transversal sectors, including industrial products, maintenance, and corporate services such as IT, HR, Finance, and Fleet Management.
• Implement purchasing strategies for assigned categories and conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving efficiencies.
• Cultivate relationships with alternative suppliers to promote market diversity and support regional consolidation initiatives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, anticipate needs, and ensure operational stability.
• Monitor active contracts, purchase orders, and price indicators to provide data-driven value to the procurement process.
• Support the supplier evaluation and qualification plan.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electronic, Industrial, etc.), or a related field.
• Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
• Ability to work onsite in Munro, with mandatory periodic visits to industrial plants.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Procurement, Engineering, or Supply Chain management.
