Field Software Quality Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the software field issue capture and resolution process to ensure proper workflows are followed
• Publish daily analytics, trend views, and Pareto breakdowns to identify top quality drivers
• Deliver and maintain software quality dashboards for field and release qualification
• Convert top Pareto drivers into an owned R&D backlog including investigation, fix plans, and validation
• Define and deploy proactive monitoring rules to detect issues early and reduce customer impact
• Align problem and case management with established support practices and update cadences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Engineering degree, preferably in Computer Science
• 6+ years of experience in Support organizations
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting background across compute platforms, networking, and hardware-adjacent systems
• Proficiency in data-driven quality analytics, dashboarding, and reporting
• Exposure to reliability engineering and operational excellence methods such as 5-Why or fault tree analysis
• Ability to perform structured debugging and manage escalations across multiple teams under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical notes and customer summaries

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with industrial equipment, printing systems, or complex electromechanical platforms
• Familiarity with tiered support models and escalation workflows (e.g., ServiceNow)
