About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide field support for customer accounts in the South-Central USA region
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system issues
- Document and track work hours and project-related costs
- Collaborate with skilled trades, contractors, engineers, and sales teams
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in preventative/predictive maintenance with industrial mechanical or fluid handling/pumping systems
- Formal training in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering disciplines, or related construction trades
- Understanding of fabrication, metals, welding, project estimation, and electrical controls
- Advanced computer skills and ability to work with web-based systems
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
