About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end onsite and remote user support for service requests and technical troubleshooting
- Manage hardware deployment, asset recovery, and workstation setup
- Support audio-visual (AV) equipment and video conference room functionality
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and mobile device issues
- Manage support tickets through ITSM systems, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs
- Monitor service delivery performance and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure consistent service quality
- Assist with product lifecycle management and hardware installation/upgrades
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of related IT services experience
- Proficiency with Windows 11 and macOS
- Fundamental knowledge of Linux
- Experience with hardware-level troubleshooting and installation
- Ability to support mobile devices (iOS, Android, etc.)
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize competing deadlines

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to handle time-sensitive situations
- Strong active listening skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in a high-volume, customer-facing technology environment
