About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end onsite and remote user support for service requests and technical issues
  • Manage hardware and accessory deployment, including asset recovery and workstation setup
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware issues and support product lifecycle management
  • Maintain and troubleshoot audio-visual (AV) equipment and video conference rooms
  • Manage support tickets through ITSM systems, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation
  • Monitor service delivery performance against SLAs and quality metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members to improve overall performance

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of experience in IT Services
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 11 and macOS
  • Foundational knowledge of Linux
  • Experience with hardware-level troubleshooting and installation
  • Ability to support mobile devices (iOS, Android, etc.)
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize competing deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong active listening skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to handle time-sensitive situations
  • Experience with image deployment tools for desktop and laptop hardware
