Field Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for all COSPO products
• Maintain and administer DCR and SDTE infrastructure and endpoints
• Conduct scheduled maintenance and monitoring of physical infrastructure and production software
• Perform auditing and asset management of COSPO owned materiel at unit locations
• Coordinate and assist with product upgrades, updates, and maintenance
• Participate in support request triage and product test and evaluation activities
• Log and assist with the logging of technical support requests

Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge in IT Administration
• Experience with physical and virtual network devices
• Prior experience working on ADF systems and networks
• Ability to obtain or maintain an NV2 Security Clearance
• SAFe Practitioner certification (can be completed upon engagement)

Preferred Qualifications

• Cyber Security qualifications or CompTIA Sec+ certification
• Experience managing large-scale networks and Cyber Ranges
• Proficiency with VMWare vCentre and the vSphere learning pathway
• Experience with PowerShell
