About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 50 helpdesk agents supporting field technicians and authorized service centers.
  • Manage team members responsible for system management, network communications, and service center locator operations.
  • Oversee real-time case management, including repair progress tracking, technician scheduling, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor performance metrics and support trends to identify opportunities for field service efficiency improvements.
  • Develop and present executive-level reports summarizing operational performance and strategic recommendations.
  • Evaluate existing workflows to implement data-driven solutions that reduce repair turnaround time and optimize costs.
  • Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives from planning through execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or project management.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience creating operational dashboards and performance reports.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in appliance repair or related service industries.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
