Field Services Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead complex troubleshooting and set technical standards for the team
• Operate, maintain, and repair multi-robotic welding systems, pneumatics, and electrical/mechanical components
• Integrate autonomous welding cells into customer manufacturing processes
• Build and deliver technician onboarding and development programs
• Provide daily field coaching and hold team members accountable for performance
• Serve as the primary customer point of contact during high-pressure situations
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve issues and drive systemic fixes
• Travel 75%+ of the time to customer sites

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems in manufacturing or industrial automation
• Prior experience in a lead or senior role with ability to develop others
• Technical training, trade school certification, or Associate degree in Engineering Technology
• Deep familiarity with robotic systems and automation equipment
• Proficiency with programming languages and command-line tools
• Exceptional communication skills for customer and stakeholder interaction
• Willingness to travel 75%+ of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Welding experience or familiarity with fabrication/machine shop processes
• Spanish fluency
