Field Services Expert

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and monitor implementation plans during delivery phases
• Ensure quality of deliverables during roll-out projects and track costs
• Coordinate services rendered to customers and manage operational monitoring
• Handle issue tracking, risk management, and customer reclaims
• Manage vendors and third-party field services installation partners
• Represent Vusion in client relationship governing bodies
• Manage relationships with partners and system integrators
• Identify add-on sales opportunities and provide service quality KPIs

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management focusing on roll-out, deployment, or migration
• Ability to plan and monitor large-scale implementations and cost tracking
• Experience managing vendors and field services partners
• Strong customer-facing skills and experience in governance or steering committees
• Hands-on experience with operational monitoring and KPI reporting
• Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders and system integrators
