Field Services Engineering Program

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and liaise with customer representatives to ensure efficient product installation and optimum performance.
• Oversee well site preparations, operations, and the repair of Tenaris Premium Connections to maximize safety and efficiency.
• Gather and report field feedback regarding product performance, customer perception, and competitor innovations.
• Assist customer representatives at rig sites using Tenaris resources and region-specific information.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tenaris standards and procedures through the FISE training curriculum.
• Complete timely service reports, including assistance reports, inspection reports, and service tickets in both hardcopy and electronic formats.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in petroleum, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
• Willingness to work at rig sites and travel both locally and internationally.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage stress effectively and adapt to changing workplace conditions.
