Field Services Agent

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, sales, and operational support for the Service Center
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and resolve billing problems
• Research shipment tracking requests and attempt to resolve misplaced shipments
• Assist with operational procedures including sorting, loading/unloading, and shipment processing
• Manage documentation, manifesting, and securing over-the-counter payments
• Dispatch pick-up and delivery information and arrange daily schedules
• Assist with import/export documentation and customs clearance processes where applicable

Requirements

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 70 lbs occasionally and 40 lbs frequently
• Ability to pass FAA, TSA, and CBP background and security checks to acquire a SIDA badge
