Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform field service work including maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of pump systems and equipment
• Diagnose mechanical and equipment issues using hand tools and diagnostic tools
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure reliable operations
• Support troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and diesel systems
• Identify system issues and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime
• Work directly with customers to resolve issues and ensure high satisfaction
• Maintain accurate documentation of all service work performed
• Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–5 years of experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar role
• Strong diesel mechanical skills and experience working with various tools
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial or mechanical equipment
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a CDL if required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic electrical experience, including motors and control systems
