Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, repair, and conduct hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical testing of submersible wastewater pumps
• Perform basic troubleshooting of electrical control panels and interpret schematics/wiring diagrams
• Assist with project start-ups, commissioning, and emergency callouts at customer sites
• Operate and maintain a service truck equipped with a crane and out-riggers
• Utilize industrial equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes in a shop environment
• Maintain accurate records within the company's work order management system
• Ensure a safe and organized working environment following all safety protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of technical work experience (1 year preferred)
• Electrically and mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and smart devices
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet pre-hire requirements for operating company vehicles
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial settings involving noise and PPE
