Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct safe and efficient field service at customer sites, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Perform preventive maintenance on company and customer-owned equipment.
• Manage inventory, stage service parts, and verify shipments to support seamless operations.
• Maintain warehouse organization and ensure accurate stock records.
• Identify and remedy safety issues to maintain a safe working environment.
• Communicate technical information clearly to customers and team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDL Class A or B (or the ability to obtain one) with applicable endorsements.
• Clean driving record and ability to obtain a DOT Medical card.
• Experience in electrical, mechanical, or diesel equipment maintenance.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain required customer clearances (e.g., TWIC, DISA).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and smart devices.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of technical work experience.
• HAZMAT endorsement on CDL.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
