Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment and culture within the organization
• Perform technical service for customers in the East Rutherford, NJ area and the surrounding Tri-State region
• Take care of company property and utilize the provided company vehicle for travel
• Function effectively in a team environment while demonstrating the ability to work independently
• Troubleshoot and solve moderately complex problems using critical thinking
• Synthesize technical information and communicate it clearly to customers

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 0 to 2 years of technical work experience (1 year preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and smart devices
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Experience in customer service

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in civil and mechanical construction
• Previous experience in a construction environment
