Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment including copiers, printers, and fax machines
- Providing high-quality technical support to the customer base
- Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Developing options to solve unusual technical problems
- Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations
Requirements
- Mechanical and electrical mindset
- IT literacy and strong computer knowledge
- Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record
- Ability to perform some lifting
- Stable work history with verifiable references
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and training with Toshiba, Ricoh, Savin, Kyocera, Brother, or Lexmark
- Production experience
