Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform commissioning and maintenance of heat pump systems for end customers and plant operators
• Provide service-oriented technical advice to heating companies both via telephone and on-site
• Support colleagues in the technical field service within your assigned region
• Participate in on-call service rotations to ensure rapid assistance for customers

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an HVAC technician (SHK), Mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, Electronics technician for energy and building technology, or Electrician
• Professional experience in customer service, specifically within heating, refrigeration, or HVAC technology
• Possession of a Category 1 Refrigerant Certificate (Kälteschein); Category 2 is an advantage
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken)
• High customer orientation and willingness to travel
