About the role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and coordinate the movement of material from customer job sites to recycling/disposal facilities
- Manage on and offsite project logistics including scheduling, manifest coordination, and vendor management
- Act as a liaison between customer project sites and internal departments such as Sales, Customer Service, and Operations
- Track transportation logistics including truck wait times, routes, and state GVW limits
- Communicate Health and Safety requirements to vendors and employees
- Record and report project data including soil volume, shipping forecasting, and transportation logs
- Perform material surveying and assessment for volume, debris, and moisture content
- Collect waste classification sampling in accordance with guidance
- Maintain inventory of safety supplies
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to work on multiple projects with competing priorities
- Self-directed and self-motivating
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Adobe, Connect, Gensuite, Inclassnow, or CORE
- DOT Hazmat Training
- 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER
- 30-Hour OSHA Construction
- Secure Worker Access Consortium (SWAC) or TWIC certification
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience creating and modifying job-related reports
