Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, upgrade, and perform Field Corrective Actions on electromechanical medical devices
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with customers and business contacts
• Ensure full compliance with service instructions, quality requirements, and company regulations
• Report all service information and data via applicable service systems and datasheets to ensure accuracy
• Provide technical telephone support and training to customers where applicable
• Support customer demonstrations and manage assigned car stock, spare parts, and testing tools

Requirements

• Technical diploma in a relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience providing technical assistance in the field
• Proficiency in English, including the ability to read and follow detailed technical service manuals
• Strong knowledge of electronics, electromechanics, and mechanics
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer interfacing
• Ability to work independently while remaining a productive team member

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a service engineer specifically for electromechanical medical equipment
