Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, identify and repair Throne Units on-site
• Prioritize and assign tasks to self and other field service technicians
• Interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings for installations and repairs
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, replacements, and inspections
• Update and maintain accuracy of the inventory system
• Keep fleet vehicles clean and organized
• Organize and maintain the warehouse environment

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in plumbing, electrical work, construction, or remodeling
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams
• Ability to use tools and equipment properly and safely
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of electrical testing procedures (voltage, continuity, current)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Flexibility to work weekends or outside regular business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift
• Certification or license in plumbing or electrical work
• Experience with smart technologies or IoT devices
• Prior experience in the portable sanitation industry
