Responsibilities
- Perform accurate certification, performance testing, and validation of controlled environments
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain impeccable documentation, reports, and compliance records
- Identify potential risks or equipment failures and recommend corrective actions
- Build strong relationships with customers through professional communication
- Represent company values including autonomy, urgency, and integrity
- Protect company assets, tools, vehicles, and equipment
Requirements
- Ability to travel across the region up to 50%
- Mechanically minded problem-solver with hands-on experience
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills
- Ability to work independently and manage own schedule
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and safety
- Comfortable using service software, tablets, and measurement instruments
- Valid driver's license
