Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate certification, performance testing, and validation of controlled environments
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain impeccable documentation, reports, and compliance records
• Identify potential risks or equipment failures and recommend corrective actions
• Build strong relationships with customers through professional communication
• Represent company values including autonomy, urgency, and integrity
• Protect company assets, tools, vehicles, and equipment

Requirements

• Ability to travel across the region up to 50%
• Mechanically minded problem-solver with hands-on experience
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills
• Ability to work independently and manage own schedule
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and safety
• Comfortable using service software, tablets, and measurement instruments
• Valid driver's license
