Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, certification, maintenance, and repair/troubleshooting of controlled environment equipment and cleanrooms
• Serve as a subject matter expert for biotech, med-tech, and healthcare environments
• Interface directly with customers during site visits to maintain high service standards
• Travel to various customer sites daily within the territory

Requirements

• 1+ years of electromechanical experience
• Proficient in basic mathematics
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Strong communication skills for interacting with technical professionals and customers
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving and criminal record
• Ownership of a personal vehicle (SUV or similarly spacious)
