Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform service activities including periodic preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, fault detection, upgrades, and installations.
• Ensure the integrity of service reports, specifically regarding test and inspection results.
• Submit accurate and timely service reports, worksheets, and administrative documentation.
• Act as a primary liaison between Philips and customers to handle technical and administrative issues.
• Utilize electronic and analogue measurement tools and equipment appropriately.
• Identify business opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Execute tasks within CDMX and throughout the rest of Mexico.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Biomedical, Electronic, or Systems Engineering (or a related field).
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience as a field service engineer.
• Expertise in IT health systems for patient monitoring devices or proven experience in clinical/bioengineering services.
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of networks, HL7, HIS, server configurations, VPN, and Virtual LAN management.
• Willingness and ability to travel within and outside of Mexico.
• Valid US visa is highly desirable.
• Ability to maintain strong customer relationships and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
