Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, pick up, and troubleshoot specialty medical and respiratory equipment
• Travel throughout an assigned service area using a company-provided vehicle
• Inspect, clean, maintain, and organize medical equipment and warehouse inventory
• Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and equipment movement
• Provide professional customer service to healthcare providers and facility staff
• Respond to service requests and emergency deliveries as needed

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Minimum 6 months of experience driving a 10-foot cargo van or similar vehicle
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Clinical or healthcare industry experience
• Experience working with medical or respiratory equipment
• Previous field service, delivery, or logistics experience within healthcare environments
